I would be interested in finding a copy of the Annie Bank Gradual choirbook. For over forty years my choir has been singing the propers of the Mass from the large choirbook published by Annie Bank in Amsterdam. Its pages are about 28 x 20 inches; it came in a large wooden box, and we use the individual page on a music stand; singing from these pages has many advantages: it is easy for the choir to stand up straight and sing out, to see the director, to have a sense of singing in community, for the director to point out aspects of notation, etc. Does anyone know of a copy that might be for sale; price would be negotiable.
