Not at all related to music, but I hope someone over here will be able to shed some light on this picture. It's a medallion surrounded by an aureole on an altar dedicated to St. Anthony of Padua in Meerseldreef, Belgium, and shows two nail scarred hands emerging from a cloud and reaching to a cross. One arm is bare, he other has a wide sleeve.
That is a Franciscan heraldic emblem, with the (bare) arm of Christ and the stigmatized arm of Saint Francis. It is widespread, but might be officially OFM.
