Help needed re: embedded fonts and uploading to Lulu

I've tried uploading my files to Lulu but I keep getting an error message about Times-Roman font needing to be embedded. I'm able to embed the Garamond font, but not Times-Roman. I'm using Finale as the creation program, printing to PDF, and making the necessary adjustments through settings.
I've tried it several different ways but no dice. Any suggestions?
