Where can I find Vexilla Regis printed in the Ratisbon edition?

I am singing the Liszt “Via Crucis” (which is quite doable, by the way, for parishes if you can hack the keyboard chops), and it quotes the melody in a version that I don’t know; I am assuming that this version of the melody is from Ratisbon or some other (?) edition....?

In particular, it opens with the notes F-G-Bb.....and actually, the entire composition is based on this motive.
