    There are both a prima pars and a secunda pars to the complete motet by Crecquillon (not all performances & recordings present both parts), The usual text as found at CPDL on the Congratulamini_mihi page only gives the prima pars of the Crecquillon. The secunda pars is part of the usual text for Tulerunt Dominum meum.

    The full text of the Crecquillon is:

    Prima pars
    Congratulamini mihi omnes qui diligitis Dominum,
    Quia quem quaerebam apparuit mihi:
    Et dum flerem ad monumentum,
    Vidi Dominum meum. Alleluia.

    Secunda pars
    Tulerunt Dominum meum,
    Et nescio ubi posuerunt eum:
    Si tu sustulisti eum dicito mihi:
    Et dum flerem ad monumentum,
    Vidi Dominum meum. Alleluia.

    Addendum: Here is an English translation of the text:

    Rejoice with me, all you who love the Lord,
    for he whom I sought has appeared to me;
    and while I was weeping at the tomb
    I saw my Lord. Alleluia.

    They have taken away my Lord,
    And I do not know where they have put him;
    If you have taken him tell me;
    And while I was weeping at the tomb
    I saw my Lord. Alleluia.

    Orlando di Lasso composed a two part setting with the same structure & text as the Crecquillon setting. See the CPDL page:
    Congratulamini mihi omnes (Orlando di Lasso).

    Here is the PDF score from CPDL.
