A series of Gregorian Chant workshops will be hosted next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings in Princeville, Galesburg, & Peoria, Illinois resepectively. Dr. Jennifer Donelson of Nova Southeastern University in Florida will conduct the workshops which are sponsored by the Office of Music of the Catholic Diocese of Peoria. The first evening in Princeville will be focused on directing chant, while the remaining two evenings will focus on the history of chant and basics of singing chant. The workshops are free of charge.
