Looking for a church to go to while in Anaheim, CA for the Vigil of the Assumption Aug 14th.

    If the Sunday music programs are any indication, the Cathedral in Garden Grove should be adequate, even though Masses are currently not being held in the Cathedral's main space due to renovations.

    St. Michael's is about 40 min in traffic from where I will be. I didn't know they were that close. I will make that drive.

    . there seems to be something in the water, or is it the sun frying the brain in that part of SoCal, taste in church architecture seems to be badly effected.

    St. Michael's Abbey will be worth your while.
    I susepct you will not find the Norbitine Rite...
