    I like A best - it just feels right. I think the English versions are great to have especially for those who do not have an issue with plainchant, but can't get over their fear of Latin.

    I'd say A, because it's what is correct.

    That being said, I'm not sure I'd call this a "simple" English version, or even a simplified one.

    You're so close to using the entire Gregorian melody, why not just set the English to it, instead?
