Saint Rita Catholic Church in Dallas is searching for section leaders for the 2017-2018 season and beyond. Openings are available for Altos, Tenors, and Basses. Additional opportunities may present themselves as cantors for Masses, weddings, and funerals. Singers should be excellent sight readers who are comfortable singing both early music and chant as well as a fuller approach for 19th and 20th century repertoire. Pay is competitive (at or near the top) of the pay scale for this area. A full choir season is from late August to mid-June. Must be available for Wednesday rehearsals, Sunday Masses, Sunday evening Vespers once per month, two concerts each year. A choir tour to Italy is being planned for Spring/Summer 2019.
