How does the blessing of palms work if it takes place before a low Mass in the 1962 Missal? Are all the antiphons simply spoken? Or are they omitted? Any guidance, especially the kind that cites chapter and verse, would be most helpful.

Fortescue (15th ed., pp. 330-332) directs them to be said in accord with the Ordo Hebdomadae Sanctae Instauratus, Ritus Simplex (1957):
-At the entrance of the celebrant, the antiphon Hosanna filio David is recited by assisting clergy, or the celebrant says it with the servers
-The celebrant says Dominus vobiscum and the prayer of blessing the palms
-Before the distribution of palms, the celebrant recites with the servers the two antiphons Pueri Hebraeorum without the psalms
-During the distribution of palms, the assisting clergy recite the antiphons and psalms
-The celebrant says the Gospel Cum appropinquasset
-The servers say Laus tibi, Christe after the celebrant says Per evangelica dicta after the Gospel
-The celebrant says Procedamus in pace and all answer In nomine Christi. Amen.
-The assisting clergy (or, if there are none, the celebrant with the servers) say the antiphon Occurrunt turbae and other texts during the procession; the people should join in
-The people may sing Christus vincit and other hymns, even in the vernacular (but not translations of the liturgical hymns, e.g., Gloria laus)
-When the celebrant crosses the threshold of the church, the responsory Ingrediente Domino is begun
