There are various versions and settings of the verses of ICEL 2011 text of Gloria laus et honor. In both Latin and English, every verse needs a slightly different arrangement of the numerous, because of the delightful metre of the poem.
The music to the Latin version kinda reminds one of the amble of a donkey through a large crowd--occasional side-stepping, halting, but largely in a la marcia motion.
