As in the hymn tune LAND OF REST? (I am unfamiliar with the Shearing setting.) Dale Wood wrote a thing called "Sketches on 'Land of Rest' that is postlude material, but I don't see it available anywhere. There are many 'prelude' type settings, including a lovely one by Gerald Near and one by Leo Sowerby, and several others. I don't know of one that would currently be in the public domain.
