I've finally been peeking at the Johann of Lublin tablatures. Unlike Buxheim there aren't concordances by famous names and I guess being from a century later there are more competing sources, but I think the book is relatively overlooked. The anonymous masses seem pretty good to me; the proper settings less even.
Anyway, for when you want a change from Dupré's fugetta here's a verset; the whole sequence is set and there's a separate setting of the first line, but it uses an unfamiliar variant of the melody:
