DIRECTOR of MUSIC and LITURGY / ELEMENTARY MUSIC TEACHER – call for applications
Sacred Heart Catholic Parish is looking to hire a full-time Director of Music and Liturgy to deepen the musical life of our vibrant parish. This position would include 2 days per week of teaching at our K-8 Catholic School.
Applicants should have knowledge of the musical tradition of the Church, knowledge of Catholic Liturgy, the ability to play the organ (preferably) or at least the piano, and the skills to recruit choir members and to direct choirs. Applicants will also demonstrate a love of children and music education, though a degree in education is not required.
