Work hours: Approximately 9 hours per week; 2 Sunday Masses, 1 Saturday Vigil Mass, 1 Weekly Rehearsal

Duties:

•Position will be as an independent contractor


•Coordinate accompaniment of hymns, antiphons, and other choral works with Director of Liturgical Music


•Provide accompaniment at all liturgies sung by OLMC Liturgical Choir or with Cantor (Vigil Mass only).


•Rehearse with OLMC Liturgical Choir once on a weekday evening as well as practice sessions before choral Masses.


•Integrating organ/piano music proper to the liturgical seasons in the Roman Catholic Church.


•Responsible for performing in an annual Advent/Christmas Concert


•Perform in additional Masses and other liturgies as notified


•Participating in parish life is highly encouraged.


Compensation:

•Each Mass call $100-$120


•Weekly Rehearsal call $65-$80


◦Compensation will depend on ability and experience


•Average of one extra Mass and rehearsal call per month
