The Allegri Agnus by Ostrowski... Which season?

    When do you guys use this Agnus?

    I love it and want to teach it to my choir, but I don't know which season we'd sing it in. Feels like neither fish nor fowl; a bit tragic in OT yet a bit fancy in Lent.

    Shooting from the hip, I'd say use the XVIII for Lent and the Allegri for OT? But I'm not sure. Any suggestions where this is a clean fit? Or reasons why it fits better than I think ;)

    I would say Lent since it's based on Allegri's Miserere, even though it may seem a bit "fancy."
