Things that broken organs don't do that broken simulacra do do -
Cough,
sputter,
spew,
Spit sparks.
Pick up the local rock radio station (during mass!),
Make wheezing noises,
Interrupt long notes with burps and snorts,
.......,
Etc.

I wish the bass on my computer speakers was better. Those big bass recorders would sound neat.
