Looking for Sheet Music of Palestrina's 'Tibi Christe Splendor Patris'

I found what appears to be the piece on pg. 97 here http://petrucci.mus.auth.gr/imglnks/usimg/c/c1/IMSLP295837-PMLP115476-Tomus_VIII-Hymns-BN.pdf but it doesn't seem to match the recording (unless I'm hearing it wrong). A recording that definitely matches this edition can be found here: http://complinepodcast.org/?p=1073 at the 34:30 mark.

More and more interesting! Palestrina's hymns begin (after a short incipit) with the odd verses, so I checked Amazon: though the youtube album is titled "Soul of Rome: music of Palestrina" some VIctoria is credited in the contents and a user review mentions two pieces by Costanzo Festa. Winglet, where did you end up finding your score?
