It should be listed in the Graduale Romanum or in a Dominican parish, the Dominican version in the calendar (though August 4 was his ancient feast). It would be a common of confessors for the GR (I don’t have a GR at hand).
There are more Hymns etc in these and other Dominican books. N.B. the Sequence etc. can only be used by the Dominicans, but unlike some Orders they can use their books in other places.
N.B. I think the Dominicans have modern books that most now use.
Well, whichever one is assigned to the feast. And, in the new books (1969 missal) that was actually divided into more distinct categories. The Graduale tells you which to use for a particular saint, because there are several Masses in each category.
The Graduale Romanum (1974), which is the proper one for the Novus Ordo, is available online here.
See p. 586 for the Memorial of St. Dominic, August 8th, which lists:
IN. Os iusti meditabitur, 494. GR. Iustus ut palma florebit, 510. AL. Iustus germinabit, 496. OF. Veritas mea, 483. CO. Fidelis servus et prudens, 491, cum ps. 111*.
