*EASY* Choral Chants

Does anyone have any suggestion for easy choral pieces to begin a choir on? Looking for harmony...two part, or SAB...definitely no four part yet...Latin or English...Thanks.

Catholic Choir Book has some nice hymns at the end which make lovely anthems.
