Looking for a PD or CC text for MONK'S GATE

    I am looking for a PD or CC text that works for MONK'S GATE, preferably a general hymn of praise (Meter 11.11.12.11) for a project I'm working on. The text I really like is, unfortunately, under copyright, and I don't like Bunyon/Dearmer, which is actually PD. Any help would be great, thanks.

    In case it helps others - the meter might also scan as 65.65.66(.)65., and the lines don't neatly fall all either trochaic or iambic.
