Kids get it ("ad orientem")

From my boys singing at school mass today:
A story reminding me that the kids get it sometimes better than we do.Today My boys sang the text "People look east." i explained to them about the sun rising from the east and when Christ returns,etc. So then one of the boys said, "Mr. Kevin, should we not face east when we worship. And should not the priest also face east when he prays with us?..... Speechless wonder on my part....... -
They get lots of things. Take abortion for example. Ask any kid if abortion is right. I would be surprised if you received one positive response. Matt 19:14 "Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs."
