Using CC Watershed art and a bunch of lyrics snagged off of the Internet, consider this PDF collection, designed for printing. (That is, the second file attached here is for printing. It prints 4.5" by 6" to create a staple-bound booklet small enough to fit within the small standard-sized 4-volume set of the Liturgy of the Hours.) However, it is easily stretched by your printer's software to accommodate a larger printing size, if that is preferred.

I mostly curated the hymns for myself, using my favorites. O Come, All Ye Faithful is in there, too, despite being in the breviary, mostly because that's one of the few I'd want to sing between Advent and Epiphany and I want it conveniently in my booklet. But, since I put so much effort into it, maybe someone else would want it, too.
