A large, old urban parish in Philadelphia would like to run a two- to five-day sacred music camp in summer 2016 for children ages 8 through teens. We have a small but good group of devout homeschooling families with many musical children, but our parents/clergy lack the skills/experience to lead the camp and teach the music. We’re imagining some chant or simple polyphony, leading to evening prayer in the afternoon and/or the last day. We could raise the funds for a stipend, although I’m not sure what that amount should be, so let’s talk if you’re interested.
