I'm hunting down his Justorum animae and Beati mundo corde. I've found a few recordings on YouTube, but no scores in the usual places. Can anyone help?
Any other polyphonic motet for 4 voices you recommend for All Saints?
Zielenski's works are in Monumenta musicae in Polonia. Seria A (Krakow: PWM, 1966-) We don't have them here, or I'd scan and send. Let me know where you are, and I might be able to point you to someplace close. PWM did offprints of some of these, though I didn't see those particular ones on OhioLink.
Here are some 4v polyphonic pieces for All Saints. We are doing the first two tomorrow.
Victoria - Christe Redemptor omnium Marenzio - O quam gloriosum St.-Saens - Justorum animae (has organ accomp.) Senfl - O quam gloriosum (ATTB)
It seems that so many of the available motets for All Saints are for five or more voices - I suppose that makes sense since much of what we have left from former centuries is from the larger churches where they had the funding for more singers.
