The "Living Parish Hymnal" which was basically the standard Catholic Hymnal for Australia, published 1961, reprinted several times through the 1960s (I have a 1967 reprint)
The people's book/pew edition was printed with words only. The full music edition is as rare as the proverbial.
Anyway, I've typed up an index to the hymnal which lists the first line/title of the hymns in the same order that they appear in the book. Where possible I've noted the name of the hymn tune that appears in the full music edition, although in practice several hymns were often sung to different tunes to those published.
The hymnal was put together with the old Latin Mass in mind, and tends to be a bit limited in scope compared to other hymnals.
A second enlarged edition was published in 1986, but sold poorly compared to the "Catholic Worship Book" published a couple of years earlier, which virtually became the standard hymnal from about 1983.
