Modes II and VIII - Whoops!

    Anyone ever begin an Introit or Communion Psalm in Mode II, and inadvertently sing the final cadence in Mode VIII?

    Also Mode I becoming mode VI.

    I keep switching back and forth between psalm tone V and VIII multiple times in the same psalm during my daily office >_<
