Sunday during the Year (Ordinary Time) Propers Text set to Hymn Tunes

Hi, I was trying to follow the various post on this topic and I was not able to figure out if there are resources for the Ordinary Time Sundays set to Hymns Tunes. I have seen the ones for Advent/Christmas/Lent but none for Ordinary time. I would be looking for the 27th Sunday which falls on October 4, 2015.
Can someone let me know if they are available any where on the Forum, or anywhere else?
