I played some Ginastera music that I believe used those exact chords. Check out various movements of his variations on 'Aurora lucis rutilat' for organ (meanwhile, see if you can find the cantus firmus).

It's an appropriately angst-inducing chord stucture for that text. "I am determined" has an existential quality to it. Perhaps it would be good for November.
