Ave Gloriosa - need help & notation and rhytm

    Hi,
    I have found this great chant Ave Gloriosa which is from Bohemia (attached in mp3) but I have found only those old images for the melody (http://coramdeo.pl/Image/coramdeo/ave_glor1.JPG; http://coramdeo.pl/Image/coramdeo/ave_glor2.JPG). I tried to do a transcription but I don`t know how two write the rhytm. I would be grateful if somebody has a transcription (either gregorian or modern) or if someone could write it down. Thanks.


    Here is the full text:
    1. Ave gloriosa Virgo, mater Christi, Ave speciosa, Christum genuisti,
    Super omnes choros Mater extitisti, placa nobis tuum dilectum filium, Maria pia.

    2. Nostra sis advocata, Virgo Deo grata, fac servare rata almaque beata
    Interventrix pia, succurre, Maria, da nobis aspectu frui resurgentis Maria pia.

    3. Virgo pulchra tota, Sole praelucida, plena dulcorosa, gratiam impetra,
    Fulgens velut rosa, nos hic illumina, ut jungamur tuo Dilecto filio, Maria pia.

    4. Ave maris stella, lucens prae ceteris quasi luna plena, esto dux miseris;
    Protege, benigna, omni laude digna, ne nos hostis ducat trahens ad infima, Maria pia.

    5. Gloriosa tutrix, asta promiseris, coeli sidus clarum cunctis creaturis,
    Bona cuncta posce nobis de superis, Ut fruamur tuis semper suffiragiis, Maria pia.

    Here's my transcription.

    Note: Corrected score uploaded. Accidentally, I transcribed the rhythm of "Maria pia" wrongly. My apologies.

    The tune occurs several times (with Czech lyrics) in the Czech hymnal for the LOTH. There the rythm is as follows.

    Here's mine; having started it before seeing Mr. Giffen's, I still wanted to finish it, as I was enjoying the project.

    It should however be proofread against an authentic version of the text to be considered done.

    Also, I've got two lines just waiting for an attribution. What is the source of this piece / whence the recording?

    Oops, I got the rhythm wrong on "Maria pia." I'll post the correction shortly.

    As igneus has said, the origin is Czech, Bohemian codex.
