I've been asked to prepare two nuptial mass liturgies according to the Missal of 1962. 99% of my work is in the Ordinary Form Liturgy and I have no issues with doing the older liturgy, but I confess to being somewhat ignorant of the finer details of the "Traditional Latin Mass."
I'm somewhat surprised to learn that there is no Gloria as part of this votive mass, and that the Credo is not usually sung.
I understand that the Rite of Marriage occurs BEFORE the liturgy of the mass begins. Is there any online resource that I can look at to put together a liturgy guide for this?
Note if the Marriage is celebrated on a Sunday or Feast Day, the Mass Propers of the Feast are used instead of the Propers for the Nuptial Mass. The Gloria and Credo would then also be sung according to the Rubrics.
