I was wondering if anyone would be willing to transpose the Christmas Vigil and Christmas Midnight Mass reading to chant. The reason I ask is because my parish is graced to have a Seminarian and this year he was hoping to try and chant the first and second readings at those two Masses. Sadly it is my job as the Parish Sacristan and liturgical ministry coordinator to plan and assemble all the parishes’ major liturgies but I have little in the way of musical skill. It would be a huge favor if anyone would be able to assist me.
I'm not completely sure what you mean, but if the task is as simple as it sounds, I can describe to your seminarian what to do, rather than "transposing" -- I think you mean "transcribing".

I have set the RSV-RC texts to the tones. It wouldn't take too long to set the current Lectionary texts. But they tones are formulary. Do you have a copy of the Graduale Romanum? My email is smc2003@bellsouth.net
