Anyone have the "Ambrosian Creed" with the revised English translation?

Dear Friends,
I'm sure many of you have seen (and sung) the Ambrosian Creed setting. It's very easy and works a lot better (in my opinion) than the attempts at adapting Credo I or III to English.
I have two versions of the Ambrosian Creed, but unfortunately neither one matches the new and improved English translation of the Missal.
Has anyone out there got the goods?
