Per Crucem, Christe: music in English?

I just came across an English translation of "Per Crucem, Christe" here in this forum (http://forum.musicasacra.com/forum/discussion/10339/some-hymns-in-the-liber-hymnarius-need-translations-please/p1). I think this would be a nice choice for the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and wondered if anyone knows whether there's music available for it in English (and if so, where)? Thanks.

Since it fits the Long Meter pattern (four lines per stanza, eight syllables per line), there are dozens of tunes that fit. For example, "Jesu dulcis memoria" and OLD HUNDREDTH ("Praise God from whom all blessings flow").
