We are having such fun practicing tomorrow's Alleluia, and when I came across this video on gregorianbooks.com, it just stopped me dead in my tracks. The cantrix takes a little liberty with the rhythm, but it's quite lyrical and haunting.

    Beautiful!

(In the OF, this Alleluia is sung on the Fourteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time, Years B&C)
  • This may be heretical, but - it sounds to me like its being sung in the style of traditional Irish music.
