Wow: the pricing on that site is pretty high: 9 euros a copy, with a minimum of 20 copies. It might be worthwhile to ask your local sheet music store if they can do better on a bulk purchase.

As for a transcription, I expect it would be a copyright violation unless the composer approved its release.
