Does anyone have Sacred Music 121/3 (9/94)?

Yes, I know I can order it from the Ohio Depository. But that entire volume is missing from the CMAA archives, and I'm hoping that I can put it into existence there by asking here. What I want specifically is the article on p. 25: Church music in Michigan's historic copper country. Nelson, Charles. If anyone could do a quick scan, I'd be very happy. Thanks
