Libera me - modus simplex?

    I'm looking for the modus simplex Libera me from the Ordo Exsequiarum. The Cantorinus Romanus has it, but my copy's not very clean. Is it found anywhere else? Thanks for your help.

    Some is just hard to read. Some notes are smudged, others so light I can't see. I've decided to order a new copy. When I get it I'll post it.
