Attached please find a setting of the "Song of Farewell" for funerals. I have adjusted the words to get them as close as possible to the official text found (at present) in the Order of Funerals. Hope this will be useful to you in your pastoral work.

It is suitable for a small choir with or without men's voices. It could even be sung as a unison piece, using the soprano line only. A men's choir could sing it, with the tenors taking the soprano and the basses the alto part.
