All I can find is this unrhymed, but metrical translation by Sister Cecile Gertken, OSB:

    Immensæ rex potentiæ

    1. King of immense command are you,
O Christ, the Father’s honored Son
And the great glory of our race,
You crushed the chains of death for us.

    2. Adopting our infirmity,
    You undertook a great assault,
And dying you arose to crush
The death the serpent had designed.

    3. Rising in full strength from the tomb
    In this your Paschal mystery,
    You ever renew life again
For those who turn away from sin.

    4. O grant to us the grace of life,
That when as Spouse you come for us,
You find us ready with lamps trimmed,
    Prepared to enter heaven’s door.

    5. In light and in your rest secure,
Receive us O most kindly Judge,
Who have been bound by faith and love
    To the most holy Trinity.

    6. And call your servant who has died,
Leaving the body to the earth,
    Into the Father’s longed-for realm,
To sing your endless praises there. Amen.
