Where can I find simple English Propers for Jan 5th (weekday Mass)

    Hello!

    Does anyone have a copy of a simple English propers for a weekday evening Mass on the Jan 5th, 2018? I can't find it anywhere. I understand that the day is called: "Friday of the Christmas Days between January 2 and the Saturday before the Baptism of the Lord." Can anyone help? Thank you! Rebekah

    If you want the propers as in the Gradual, you have a choice, they are either the same as on the Second Sunday after the Nativity, or you can choose those for the Nativity Mass during the day. This is the usual recipe, not many ferial days have their own particular propers, generally you use the previous Sunday. If you are thinking of settings of the 'antiphons' in the Missal, there may not be any settings (the Missal texts are not intended for singing, though it is permissable in the USA only).
