Jerusalem, My Happy Home postlude?

    Does anyone have an organ postlude setting of "Jerusalem, My Happy Home," that they could share? (Other than the Shearing one.)

    As in the hymn tune LAND OF REST? (I am unfamiliar with the Shearing setting.) Dale Wood wrote a thing called "Sketches on 'Land of Rest' that is postlude material, but I don't see it available anywhere. There are many 'prelude' type settings, including a lovely one by Gerald Near and one by Leo Sowerby, and several others. I don't know of one that would currently be in the public domain.
