Gregorian Paleography Scholars

Does anyone know of chant scholars or resources that might help me to ascertain the Propers of the Nuptial Mass throughout the centuries? Particularly before the composition of the "Deus Israel Conjungat Vos" et al.?

I am unqualified to answer this, but I note that the Sarum Missal uses the Mass of the Trinity, as on Trinity Sunday.
