Holding auditions for organist/pianist on Saturday, August 20, 2016

Duties include but not limited to the following:

Perform on a 4 manual Allen Organ for Sundays Services and Thanksgiving Day. This includes a meditative prelude, 3 hymns from the Christian Science Hymnal, a postlude and accompany a soloist (vocal).

Perform on piano for Wednesday Evening Testimony Meeting. This includes a meditative prelude, 3 hymns from the Christian Science Hymnal, and a postlude.

The audition will include:

a short organ solo that displays your talent
a standard hymn of your choice arranged for 4 part harmony
the hymntune "Ein Festa Burg" by Martin Luther.

Applicants should have at least 2 years organ experience in religious services, a good command of a 4 manual organ and a good command of piano. Applicants are not required to be a Christian Scientist.

Include a resume if you have one. This is an Annual Contract Position.
