    St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Audubon, PA, is seeking a part-time Director of Music/Organist (willing to divide part-time position into 2). The ideal candidate will have the ability and experience to creatively integrate the talents and gifts of a musical congregation.

    Responsibilities:
    • Plan, promote and develop music ministries that are cross-generational including the musical talents of children and youth for special music.
    • Lead adult music ensembles including choral groups and a handbell choir for 2 Sunday services a week and special services.

    Qualifications:
    • Excellent performance abilities playing an organ and piano
    • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar liturgical setting
    • Bachelor’s degree in Music or equivalent experience.

    Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and education.
