St. Mary Catholic Church in Anacortes, Washington, seeks a Pastoral Assistant for Liturgy. At the direction of the Pastor, this position develops, implements and directs programs to provide authentic celebration of the Divine Liturgy in ceremonies, art and environment, and music. Directs the parish worship programs; coordinates liturgical celebrations, development and implementation of a comprehensive liturgical and musical plan for the liturgical season. Assists the Pastor in achieving a comprehensive liturgical catechesis throughout all aspects of parish life. Coordinates the work of various liturgical ministers, recruiting, training and supporting volunteers. Salary and benefits according to Archdiocesan guidelines.
