    This! And if the Blue Jays come down, unlikely as that is (one being traditional and the other being Modernist better for offensive play), we would also be happy to sing the Canadian national anthem.

    Geez Ralph, JQ and Horst, could you just let the Cardinals play the season out? I live to live with an office half-Dodgers/half-Giants.
    Nobody asked me, but I'd give Vancouver BC a shot at Colloquium 17. That I could get behind. It's on the Left Coast, but not in MoonbeamLand, the Peoples' Republic of Oregon, or the home of the uh uh ........disenfranchised, Seattle.
    Don't get me wrong, I'm thinkin' oysters on the half shell along the Miss. And I love the cathedral, but in this era of equal opportunity high airfares, might someone think of coming fu'ther west than SLC. Have the darn thing in Palo Alto, for Mahrt's sake.
