Boston area homeowner selling house, needs to relocate organ

    A homeowner in Braintree, MA, hopes to find a new home for the organ in her house, which she is selling. The instrument is by Jesse Woodberry & Co., Opus 205, 1902, and it is listed by the Organ Historical Society.

    The owner, Janet Ryan, janetryan712@gmail.com, says that the space it occupies is roughly 10 feet square. The house closing is May 29, but the buyer is willing to allow additional time for a new owner to remove it.
