Part Division of Perosi's 'Missa Sec. Pontificalis'

Our choir is potentially singing Perosi's Second Pontifical Mass for May Crowning this year. For those of you who are familiar with the piece, (or perhaps have experience performing it), what line in the ATB division should I have my sopranos sing? Also, most of my tenors are moonlighting baritones, so should I move them down to the bass part?
