    After Blessed John Paul II is canonized, officially how would his name be added to the Litany? Also, same question for Bkessed John XXIII.

    Sancte Ioannes Paule (Secunde), ora pro nobis.

    Hope that's right. The numerals may be omitted.

    The convention is to use the regnal name (with ordinal number).
